Changes of corporate culture usually occurs in several conditions, such as going process of change in organizations, such as the turnaround and restructuring. In addition, when a merger or acquisition, the change of corporate culture also potentially occur. How the leaders can make changes of the corporate culture well? here some ways:

Conduct Assessment
Before you make changes to corporate culture, first you have to evaluate the existing culture today. Perform observations about culture displayed by the people in your organization. You also can request feedback from external parties, such as customers, or public opinion. Often there is insight from outsiders who might be missed by us.

Defining Corporate Culture
Next is a stage to determine the corporate culture. Changes in corporate culture usually occurs when there are changes in organizational processes, which usually also changes purpose of the organization. After conducting the study on the vision, mission, and values are shared, then you can choose what kind of culture you want for the organization.

The final step is implementing of change in corporate culture into all levels of the organization. There are several keys to success in the implementation

Leader Support
All the leaders in the organization should support the management of this corporate culture change. They become role models for the employees in the organization. The leaders are also likely to serve in communicating the need for change, the change in culture, and convey expectations about changes in behavior and actions. This communication should be done continuously, until the entire organization can absorb the new corporate culture well.

Stories often provide inspiration. In the corporate culture change, heroic tales play an important role. Leaders can provide examples of heroic stories associated with the new corporate culture. The hope, the story can inspire to move and act to follow what are told them.

Find Influencers
In organization, usually there are a number of people who have a major influence on others. People who listened to and respected by others. Make these people as an agent of change, namely those who promote culture change in every level of organization. Their influence will most significant impact, because people tend to lead to conformity.

Reward
In the process of change, while positive changes are desired, then respect. Give rewards and recognition to those of who have demonstrated a positive change in accordance with the expected culture. This is to encourage each person to be motivated to make changes.

Consistent
The last but not least important is consistency. Leaders must be consistent in upholding the culture, and show it in their behavior daily. In addition,  also consistent to evaluate the implementation of the culture. There is one time culture hailed, but at other times ignored, of course, people in the organization will not judge that this culture is important. Desired changes can not be achieved.

So above are a number of ways to make changes in corporate culture. In essence, it takes a strong commitment from leaders and all parties to succeed in this change.
