Ease of service became an important concern for the consumers. Consumers do not like convoluted process in accessing services. The implication, optimally utilize various media to provide an easy-service process for consumers. For example, providing live chat with a support or customer service, ticket service support or via email, hotline services via telephone, and ease of access for consumers who want to interact directly.
Personal Attention
Personal attention become a very important factor in the service, because it affects the customer’s emotional factors, which in turn can affect their loyalty. Design a variety of personal attention you can give to consumers for getting services from you. The more personal or customized a service, it will increasingly provide an emotional bond to the customer, and of course it’s good for your product / service.
